Thaw your dough. You want your dough to be thawed, but don't let them rise. I put mine on a baking sheet and put them in a 100 degree oven for about 10 minutes. They were still cold, but hadn't risen yet, and they worked perfectly.
While your dough is thawing, heat up your waffle iron. Once it's heated up, spray it with cooking spray (I like the butter flavored spray for these).
Put your dough balls on the hot iron, close the iron, and let them cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the outsides are golden brown.
Top with butter, cinnamon and sugar, jam, peanut butter, honey butter, or whatever you’d like.
