Thaw rolls according to directions on package. When soft, spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and pre heat iron.
On a floured surface or a surface that has been sprayed with cooking spary, roll-out one roll until flat. Spread with pizza sauce leaving edge bare for sealing purposes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and sliced pepperoni.
Flatten another roll. Cover toppings and pinch edges to seal. Place on hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown, probably about 5 minutes depending on your waffle iron and personal preference.
Eat as soon as it is cool enough to handle so the crust stays crisp. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping or eat straight up. Enjoy!
