To make two bagels, take six rolls and let them completely thaw out. It will take 1 ½-2 hours. (I use a zip lock bag.)
Once thawed, use food coloring to color the rolls. Use red, blue, yellow, purple, pink, and green. Kneed the food coloring into the dough. Use one roll per color.
After cutting the dough in half, stack the colored dough on top of each other, alternating colors.
Next sprinkle some flour onto a clean and flat surface. Spread some flour on a rolling pin and roll out the stacks of dough flat. Each stack makes one bagel.
Roll out the dough as flat as you can. The flatter the dough, the easier it is to make into a bagel.
Next make the dough into a circle with a hole in the middle. Then pinch the sides of the dough together so it makes a complete circle. Then get some boiling water on the stove and drop the bagels into the water for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Next heat the oven to 450 degrees. Once you take the bagels out of the water, put them on a greased cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are slightly brown.
Once the bagels have cooled down a little, cut them in half. Use a can of icing with built in tips to pipe on icing on the bottom part of the bagel. Then I topped them with confetti sprinkles. Put the top back on the bagel and enjoy!
