Tomato, pesto & oregano make this Tuscan pizza truly Italiano!
Spray counter lightly with non-stick spray. Combine dinner or Texas rolls together and roll into a 13-inch circle. Place on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 20-30 minutes. Remove wrap and poke with a fork several times.
Bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Brush with olive oil and spread with pesto. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and 1/2 cup feta cheese. Sprinkle oregano over cheese. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and basil.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
