Do you need ideas for that leftover ham or turkey? You can't beat this one. It's delicious!

Ingredients

  1. 1 Loaf Rhodes White Bread, baked and cubed
    2 cups turkey or ham, cubed
    8 ounce can mushrooms, drained
    11 large eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
    1-2 cups grated Swiss cheese

Instructions

Arrange bread cubes in a sprayed 9x13-inch pan. Arrange turkey and mushrooms over bread. Whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over bread, turkey and mushrooms. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Remove wrap and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Do not underbake. Serve warm.
