A tasty heart shaped appetizer, perfect for your favorite Valentine.
Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into an 8x11 inch rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest while preparing onions.
Combine onions, butter, brown sugar and vinegar in fry pan and cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until moisture is gone and onions are golden brown. Spread onions on paper towel to cool slightly.
To soften brie, place in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10 seconds. Remove plastic from dough and spread with softened brie. Top with onion mixture and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Roll one long side of dough to the middle of rectangle. Roll other side so the two rolls meet. Carefully slice into 18-20 slices about 1/2 inch wide. Arrange slices on sprayed baking sheets with cut side up. Pull middle down and pinch to form a heart shape. Bake at 375°F 10-12 minutes.
