Cut rolls in half and set aside. Make a syrup of 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar and corn syrup by microwaving on high for 2 minutes. Stir well and divide equally between 12 well sprayed muffin cups. Sprinkle 1 heaping teaspoon of pecans in each muffin cup. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each roll half in melted butter and then in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place 3 halves in each muffin cup. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until almost double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and invert immediately.
