Ingredients

  1. 1 Loaf Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough thawed but still cold

    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

    1/4 cup sugar

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

    1 cup powdered sugar

    1 tsp. milk

    1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

In a small bowl mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tsp. cinnamon, set aside. Allow bread to thaw until just thawed but still cold. Using your hands gently press the dough in a large rectangle. Sprinkle with about 2 Tbsp. of cinnamon sugar and fold in half and press together until double in size. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips on half of dough rectangle and fold in half again, press dough until double in size again. Repeat layers once again with cinnamon sugar and mini chocolate chips. Sprinkle cookie sheet with olive oil and spread over the pan with fingers until coated. Place focaccia on pan and allow to rest about 20-30 mins. Press dough one more time to make divots on top, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar and chocolate chips. Bake in preheated oven at 350-degree oven for 20 mins our until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

While the focaccia is cooling, mix together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. When focaccia is completely cooled drizzle with glaze. Cut into about 8-10 slices. Serve and enjoy!
