These stunning bread sticks make a delicious centerpiece that's good enough to eat.

Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
    6 12 inch wooden skewer rods
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4-1 teaspoon garlic salt
    2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    parmesan cheese

Instructions

Combine 2 rolls together and roll into a 16-inch rope. Wind rope around a skewer rod, overlapping at ends so they won't unwind.

Prop up on the edges of a large, sprayed baking sheet. Repeat to make 5 more breadsticks. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 45-60 minutes.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Mix butter, garlic salt and parsley flakes together and immediately brush on hot breadsticks. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
