Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Bake N Serv Frozen White Bread
    1 package Frozen Spinach ( thawed about 12 oz)
    1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon parsley
    3 tablespoons + 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 jar of alfredo sauce
     1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Instructions

Thaw 1 loaf of frozen dough on sheet of parchment paper. Once thawed, stretch dough to create a longer loaf. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Slice bread in half, and remove extra bread inside.

Add spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic, Alfredo sauce, artichokes, and parmesan cheese and mix well.

Add spinach artichoke dip to bread, wrap in foil and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Remove bread from foil, slice into pieces and enjoy.
