Thaw out Rhodes dinner rolls until soft but still cold, about 2 hours. Cut each roll in half with kitchen scissors.
Flatten out dough pieces to 3-4" in diameter. Put a little handful of mini chocolate chips and frozen marshmallows in the center of dough.
Bring up all the sides of the dough and pinch at the top creating a ball. Is important to makes sure the balls are completely sealed with no holes before frying.
Fry donut holes in vegetable oil heated at medium heat until golden brown.
Remove fried dough balls and dip them in melted butter then roll them in graham cracker crumbs. Set them aside to cool. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
