Prep Time: 10 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 20 min
Servings: 12
Skills: Beginning

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ White or Whole Wheat Bread
  2. 3 empty, 28 oz. cans

Thaw a loaf of Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ White Bread. Meanwhile, remove the labels from three 28oz. cans, remove the contents of the can.  Wash the cans (be careful around the open edge.) Allow the cans to dry.  Spray the inside of each with non-stick spray.

When the dough is thawed, cut the loaf into thirds. Place each piece of dough into the cans and allow to rise about 30 minutes in a warm place.  The dough will have risen to about 3 ½ - 4 inches in the can.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven approximately 20 minutes or until golden on the top. Brush with melted butter.  Allow the bread to cool in the can at least 45 minutes.

Remove the “round” loaves from the cans and slice.
