Cinnamon Rolls make the crust for these tasty bars. They are sure to be a hit!
Unroll cinnamon rolls and cut into 1 inch pieces. Lay in the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.
Combine pumpkin, milk, egg and spice in a bowl and mix well.Remove wrap and pour mixture over the top of the risen cinnamon roll pieces. Sprinkle with nuts and or chocolate chips if desired.
Bake at 350°F 25 minutes or until pumpkin is set. Cover with foil if necessary to prevent it from getting too dark. Cool completely before cutting into squares to serve.
