Create this great pumpkin with convenient and nutricious frozen bread dough.
Thaw dough until soft and risen (about 5 hours at room temperature). Roll dough into a circle. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Leave out a piece of dough for the stem. With a pizza cutter, divide the circle into four sections. Pull sections apart slightly. Shape the set aside piece of dough into a stem and place it at the top of the pumpkin. Brush the entire pumpkin with the beaten egg. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise for 30 minutes. Remove wrap. bake at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes.
