Warm rolls according to directions on bag--either in the microwave or the oven. Once they are cooled to
room temperature, cut them open.
To prepare the dipping sauce, in a blender combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, italian seasoning, garlic salt and honey. Blend until smooth. Heat in a small saucepan on the stove top or in a microwave-safe bowl.
Keep warm until dippers are ready to serve.
Preheat a panini press to medium-high.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on the top of each sliced roll and provolone on the bottom of each roll.
