First thaw your rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Allow to rise for 20-30 minutes.
Roll out each dinner roll into a 4-6 inch circle. Slice your cheese sticks in half long wise. This will give you just that little bit of mozzarella.
Roll the cheese stick in a piece of dough, pinching the ends to make sure everything is sealed. If you don't seal the dough well, your cheese will bubble out when cooking.
Roll your bread sticks in melted butter. Next roll in your breadcrumb and cheese mixture. Place the bread sticks on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
