Don't make a pig of yourself when this impressive pan of pork comes out of the oven. Share with your friends!

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Wheat Bread Dough, thawed
    1 egg, beaten
    1 raisin

    Pan Size; large cookie sheet
    Temperature; 350° F
    Baking Time; 20 minutes


Thaw dough until soft (about 4 hours at room temperature). Roll loaf into large flat rectangle with rounded corners and place on sprayed baking sheet. Cut one corner off as shown. Divide corner piece into 2 large pieces and one very small piece. Roll one large piece into a flat rectangle and cut into 2 triangles for ears. Attach short base of ears to head, one on top of dough and fold tip over and one underneath, folding tip under. Shape the other large piece into 4 tear drops and slice toes. Position under body. Roll small piece into a rope and curl for tail. Position on pig. Add raisin for eye and cut mouth. Brush with beaten egg. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
