Gooey goodness baked with dough in a muffin tin. This recipe is a keeper!
Thaw dough until soft (about 3 hours at room temperature). Cut loaf into 24 pieces. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Make a syrup of brown sugar, corn syrup and 1/4 cup butter by microwaving for 2 minutes on highest setting. Pour about one tablespoon of syrup and sprinkle 1 heaping teaspoon of chopped nuts in each muffin cup. Melt remaining butter. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Dip dough pieces in melted butter then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place 2 of these in each muffin cup. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan by inverting muffin tin.
