Ingredients

  1. 9 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold (makes 6 flowers)
    cooking spray
    Peanut Butter
    Honey

Instructions

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Cover rolls with plastic wrap. Allow the rolls to thaw.

Cut each roll in fourths. Line them up, six pieces to a row to help you keep track of each piece needed per roll.

Take each piece and roll it into a ball between your hands.
Put a single rolled ball in the center of where your flower will go on the pan. Leave about 3 inches from the side of the pan.
Keep rolling the balls of dough and placing them around the center ball of dough.
Place them in a warm spot, covered with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Let them rise until doubled in size.

Heat your oven to 400 degrees and bake for about 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.

Let the rolls cool and they are ready to slice.

Get mom to help, cut the flower rolls open.

Spread some creamy peanut butter onto the sandwich bottom. Then drizzle some honey on top of the peanut butter.

They are ready to serve!

Eat like a sandwich, or pull off petals to eat bites. This would also make a fabulous party idea, for a themed party or just a group of kids!
