It's that time of year again. Try this fabulous recipe using fresh peaches!

Prep Time: 20-30 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 20 min
Servings: 6

  1. 6 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  2. 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 1 cup, peeled and diced peaches
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  7. 1/4 cup sliced almonds


Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into an 8x11 inch rectangle. Combine butter and both sugars and spread evenly over dough. Combine peaches and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter and sugar. Top with nuts.

Begin rolling dough into a log on an 8 inch side. Pinch edges to seal. Slice into 6 rolls and place, cut side down, in a sprayed 8 inch round baking pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 16-20 minutes. Remove from oven and invert onto serving plate.
