Start with convenient , already thawed biscuits and add the peaches. This recipe is a keeper!
Cut 10 biscuits in half (separating top from bottom). Set aside.
Drain 2 cups juice from peaches into saucepan. Add corn starch and sugar. Bring to a boil and add peaches.
Place mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch sprayed pan.
Place each biscuit half on top of peach mixture. Cut butter into pieces and place over top of biscuits. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar generously over the top of the biscuits. Place in preheated oven bake at 375° F for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
