Thaw Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Allow rolls to rise until doubled, then bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Cut cooled rolls into bite sized pieces and place on serving plate.
Heat peanut butter in microwave for 60 seconds until smooth, add cream cheese icing and mix well, then spoon over cinnamon roll bites.
Heat 2 tablespoons of jelly in microwave for 30 seconds and stir to smooth, then spoon over peanut butter.
