Prep the spinach artichoke dip by combining cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichokes, garlic and salt. Set aside.
Lay wax paper in a baking dish, butter it up and place rolls inside leaving space between each roll--8 rolls fit well in an 8 inch pie plate.
Cover with a towel and let rise for an hour or so (until all the rolls are light and fluffy and touching.
Fill the center with dip and butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic salt! Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes!
