These individual sweet roll-ups are a fun and delightful way to eat dessert.


Prep Time: 10 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 15-20 min

Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed
    1/4 cup sugar, granulated
    1 orange peel, grated
    1 teaspoon cinnamon


    Glaze:
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

Thaw rolls until soft. In a small bowl, combine orange peel, cinnamon, and sugar. Flatten each roll and shape into a 3x4-inch rectangle. Spread 1 teaspoon of mixture on top of each flattened roll. Roll up lengthwise and put seam side down on sprayed cookie sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise 20 minutes. Remove wrap. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Glaze:
combine orange juice and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth. Using pastry brush, glaze roll-ups while still warm.
