Place rolls in greased loaf pan and let them thaw for 30-45 minutes or until just soft enough to slice. Slice each cinnamon roll in half through the side to make 16 thin cinnamon rolls. Spread jelly on each roll except for the last one. Stack them together in the loaf pan starting and ending with a plain side. Make sure the pan is greased well. There should be no jelly on each end.
Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until loaf reaches the top of pan. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil to prevent over browning last 5-10 minutes of baking, if necessary. Drizzle with frosting.
