Prepare Texas™ Rolls;
Thaw rolls until soft (about 1.5 hours at room temperature). Stretch each roll to at least 6 inches before frying. Dough should be 1/8 to 1/16-inch thick. Fry at 350°F and drain on paper towels.
Add the fixings;
Fry hamburger, drain off fat. Add onion and fry until onions are clear. Add salsa, minced garlic and beans; heat through. Do not over cook. Spoon desired amount over warm fried dough. Top with grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and green onion. If desired, add more salsa.
