  1. 8 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 2 cups thinly sliced (1/4 inch) mushrooms
  4. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  5. 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan or Asiago cheese, divided
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  7. salt and pepper to taste


Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into a 10x14 inch rectangle. Place rectangle in a sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan. Poke with a fork several times to keep bubbles from forming. Brush with olive oil and bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Gently toss mushrooms with butter, coating evenly. Place coated mushrooms evenly over cheese and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
