These cheesy appetizers will make a big hit with friends and family.

Ingredients

  1. 8 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed
    1 cup green onion, chopped
    4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
    2 tablespoonds margarine, melted
    garlic bread sprinkle

Instructions

Thaw rolls until soft (about 1.5 hours at room temperature). Cut each roll into thirds. Use a little flour to prevent sticking and pat each third into a 2 1/2 circle. Spoon 1 teaspoon chopped green onion into circle. Cut cheese in 1/2 inch cubes and place one in each circle. Stretch dough over cheese and onion and close shut by pinching dough together. Use a little water to close if dough isn't sticky enough. Place puffs on a sprayed cookie sheet. Brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with garlic bread sprinkle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not over bake or cheese will run out. Serve warm.
