Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. ground beef, shaped into into six - 4" patties
  2. 6 Rhodes Warm & Serv Soft Dinner Rolls, baked as directed on package
  3. 3 slices white cheddar cheese
  4. 12 pimento stuffed olives
  5. 12 frill picks (or toothpicks)

Instructions

Start by baking the Rhodes Warm & Serv Soft Dinner Rolls as directed, for about 12-15 minutes at 325° until golden brown. (No need to rise.) 

Slice some white cheddar cheese slices into triangles, about 2" long, as shown.. (These will be the sharp fang-like teeth!) About 4 triangles per slider. 

Push a frill pick through each pimento stuffed olive and set aside until serving time (these will be the googly eyes!)

Divide 1 lb. ground beef into 6 equal portions. Shape each into a 4" patty. Season with salt and pepper and fry in skillet until desired doneness.

When the rolls are warmed through, remove from oven and slice in half. Place a beef patty on each and arrange the cheese triangles to make the "teeth" as shown in the picture.

Add some ketchup, mustard or any other condiments the kids like. Place the stuffed olives (googly eyes) on the top bun to secure. (Be sure to supervise the smaller kids with the frill picks!)
