Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes Frozen Rolls
    1 lb sausage
    1 pkg McCormick Sausage Gravy Mix
    2 cups milk for gravy mix
    2 Egg scrambled and cooked
    6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
    1 cup grated Colby jack cheese (or cheddar)

Instructions

Place frozen rolls on cookie sheet about 2-3 inches apart, cover and let rise until double in size. About 2 hours.

While rolls are thawing and rising.  Cook Bacon, Sausage and egg separately. Prepare gravy according to package directions. When rolls are doubled in size punch them down and then stretch them out into 4" circles to resemble mini pizzas. Place on parchment paper and prick with fork.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees and par bake the dough for about 3 minutes.  Remove from oven. Place a tablespoon of gravy on each mini pizza and spread over center of pizzas.  Sprinkle each pizza with, egg, sausage, bacon and last with the grated cheese.  Place back in oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until edges of pizza are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly! Remove from oven and enjoy!
