Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes Frozen Rolls
    12 Meatballs
    3/4 to 1 cup favorite marinara sauce
    8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

After liberally spraying my muffin tin with cooking spray,put one frozen roll in each cup. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray. Allow rolls to thaw but not begin the rising process.(about an hour)

While rolls are still cold but thawed enough to handle. Using your hands work the rolls into a 4 inch circle. Place back in the muffin tin pressing the dough up the sides of the cup. Drop one meatball in each cup. Spoon a generous tablespoon of marinara sauce over the top of each meatball.

Top with cheese. Bake in 350degree oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. allow to cool slightly before serving.
