Measure the sugar into a small bowl. Zest the 2 oranges and stir into the sugar. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a separate dish and set aside.
Roll out the thawed Rhodes dough into a 6” x 16” rectangle. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into 3 rows. Cut each row into 8. (You will have 24, 2” squares.)
Dip each square into the melted butter, and remove excess butter on the side of the dish. Dip the buttered squares of dough and coat both sides with the sugar/orange zest mixture.
Lay it down on the counter top and sprinkle a few dried cranberries on top. Repeat with 7 more squares of dough and stack them until you have 8.
Carefully pick up the stack and lay them into a small loaf pan. Repeat the process to make 2 more loaves.
Allow the loaves to rise about 25-30 minutes. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool.
