Ingredients

  1. 1 Rhodes bread frozen loaf
  2. 1/4 c. butter, melted
  3. 1/2 c. brown sugar
  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Grease a dinner plate with nonstick cooking spray and set frozen loaf on top. Spray a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray and lay it on top. Allow bread dough to thaw, about three hours. 

Place bread dough on a baking mat or lightly greased countertop and roll out to about 16x10 inches.

Brush melted butter over the dough and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over top. Pat the mixture down to coat well
.
Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough in half lengthwise. Cut dough into one-inch pieces on each side of the cut dough. 

Twist each piece of dough and place on two separate greased cookie sheets or on top of baking mats. Press the ends down to keep them from lifting while baking. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
