First, set your rolls out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow them to thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours. After the dough is soft, use your finger to poke a hole in the middle of the dough and then use two fingers to widen the hole by gently stretching and rolling your fingers. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with sprayed plastic wrap, and allow to rise for about 30 minutes. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, and add 2 tablespoons sugar. Cook the bagels for 30 seconds on each side. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the boiling water, and allow them to dry on a plate lined with paper towels. Place the bagels back on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a small bowl mix together 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle generously on top of bagels. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until bagels are a nice golden brown.
To make the bagels into ornaments, you will need your favorite assortment of fruits and some cream cheese. Slice each bagel in half and spread with cream cheese. Decorate your bagels with the fruits. Slice the top and bottom off a strawberry and cut in half. Attach with a toothpick to make the top of your ornament.
