These rolls have the gooey sweetness baked on the bottom but it ends up on the top.
Cut rolls in half. Combine 2 tablespoons butter, brown sugar, syrup and extract. Spread in sprayed 9x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Dip cut rolls in remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and place cut side down on top of nuts. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.
Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes. Let stand 30 seconds. Invert onto serving platter. Spoon any mixture left in pan over rolls.
