Ingredients

  1. 8 Rhodes Buttermilk Biscuits, baked according to package directions
  2. 1 cup lemon pie filling
  3. 1 cup sour cream|
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar
  5. 2 cups frozen raspberries

Instructions

Combine pie filling, sour cream and sugar. Stir until blended.
To serve, split a fresh baked biscuit in half. Place both halves onto a serving plate. Cover with sour cream mixture. Top with 1/4 cup of raspberries.
