This lamb lends it's self to be picked apart and enjoyed.
Thaw rolls until soft (about 1 hour at room temperature). Cut 10 rolls into fourths and on a large sprayed baking sheet, arrange as shown for body and top of head. Shape one roll into an oval for a head and place as shown. Place raisin on face for eye. Cut one roll in half and shape half for ear and other half for tail. Cut last roll and place under body for legs. Brush entire lamb with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, trying not to get any on the face, tail and legs. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
