These beautiful jam filled rolls are delightful to both see and eat.
Flatten each roll into a 3-inch circle. Evenly space circles on a large sprayed baking sheet. Allow room for them to double in size. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise, about 1 hour. Remove wrap. With fingertips, press indentation in the center of each roll. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of jam. Do not over fill. Bake immediatley at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack and brush lightly with icing while still hot. After they have cooled, drizzle with remaining icing.
