First, grab a 9x13 baking dish (if you have one that is extra deep, use it that one) and pour 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream in it. Add 1 cup brown sugar and whisk together until thick and creamy. Place 9 frozen rolls, spaced evenly, on top of the whipping cream mixture.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with a clean dish towel and set in a warm place until rolls have doubled in size (three-five hours).
When the rolls have doubled in size, bake at 325 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. You will want to make sure the rolls sound hollow when you gently tap them. If they are getting too brown on the outsides, cover them with foil. Make sure you don't under bake them or the middle rolls could end up soggy. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting on a serving plate.
*You may sprinkle the brown sugar mixture with nuts if preferred.
