What's not to love about these tasty and oh so easy cinnamon rolls?


Prep Time: 15 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 15-20 min
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough, thawed and risen (makes 12 smaller rolls)
  2. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  5. Icing:
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar
  7. 2-3 tablespoons milk
  8. 1 tablespoon butter
  9. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Instructions

On a lightly sprayed counter, roll dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter.

Starting on long side, roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in a 9x13 inch sprayed baking pan. Cover rolls with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and brush with icing while still warm.

Icing: Combine powdered sugar, milk, butter and vanilla and mix well.

These our my favorite Cinnamon Rolls!! really easy to make..and will make again..these don't last long in my house..five stars!!

My family loves these. Their HUGE when their done so I double the icing. Always gone the day I make them. I omit the raisins since my husband doesn't like them but their still awesome!!
