Thaw and combine 12 dinner rolls. Preheat oven to 350. Roll into a big rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Lay 16 slices of ham on top of the dough and then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Roll up nice and tight, then slice to create little spirals. Place on a baking sheet and let raise for 15 minutes to a half hour. The longer they raise, the fluffier the roll. We are kind of impatient and like ours nice and crispy, so we don't let them raise that long!
While they are raising, combine all the glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Whisk well until the glaze is thick and smooth.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted! Pour glaze over rolls immediately. Let them cool for just a moment before indulging! These rolls are definitely best warm!
