Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Bake-N-Serv White Bread
    2/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup ready-made white frosting 

Instructions

Thaw the loaf of Rhodes Bake-N-Serv White Bread

Spray a pizza pan with non-stick spray and set aside.

Roll the thawed dough into a 10 x 15 inch rectangle and spread with jam and sprinkle with shredded coconut. 

Using a pizza cutter, cut the rectangle into 1” strips.

Use both ends of the rectangle first to wind up to be the center. Place in the center of the sprayed pizza pan. Add the rest of the strips of dough and wind them around loosely. Secure the ends of the last strip with toothpicks. Allow to rise 30 minutes.

Bake at 400° for 17-19 minutes or until golden. (Remove toothpicks while still warm.) When cool, drizzle with icing (I like to microwave the frosting for about 10 -15 seconds to soften it so it drizzles easier.)
