Mix together the softened butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Roll the tops of your frozen dough balls in the mixture. Remember, you want your butter super soft, but not quite 100% melted, that way you get a little more to stick on the rolls.
Place your rolls on a greased 13x18 Jelly Roll Pan (20 Texas or Gourmet dinner rolls will fit on this size of pan).
Keep your frozen rolls about an inch apart. Cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise for 4-5 hours until they have doubled in size.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. You want your tops to be golden brown.
