This seasoned and delicious bread can be used in making your favorite sandwiches or it holds it's own as a compliment for any meal.


Prep Time: 10 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 15-20 min

Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
  2. 1/4 cup olive oil
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1/2 teaspoon tarragon

Instructions

Mix olive oil, garlic and tarragon. Brush 2 tablespoons in a 9x13-inch pan.

Roll bread or dinner rolls combined into a 9x13-inch rectangle and place in pan.

Make several indentations, with finger tips, in dough about 1-inch apart. Pour remaining olive oil mixture over dough. Cover with plastic wrap.

Let rise 45 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
