Seafood and alfredo sauce on a pizza? You'll definitley be pleasantly surprised when you taste this one.

  1. 1 package Louis Kemp® Crab Delights®
    16 Rhodes White Rolls
    3/4 cup alfredo pasta sauce
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 cup diced tomato
    2 cups salad greens, chopped
    Ranch dressing


Thaw rolls according to package directions. Flatten rolls into 5 inch mini pizza crusts. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Top each crust with 2 teaspoons alfredo sauce, leaving 1/4 inch around crust. Add 2-3 pieces of Crab Delights®, slightly shredded, 1 tablespoon cheese, and 1 teaspoon bacon. Bake at 400°F 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve pizzettas topped with diced tomatos and dressed lettuce. Makes 16 pizzettas.
