Prep Time: 15 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 12-15 min
Servings: 6
Skills: Beginning

  1. Rhodes Texas or Dinner Rolls
    shredded mozzarella cheese
    pizza toppings

Directions: (1 batch = 6 crusts)
Thaw 6 or more Rhodes frozen Texas Roll Dough

Once they are completely thawed, set the oven temperature to 400 degrees and sprinkle some flour on a clean flat surface.
Roll the dough out into 5 inch rounds.
Run a pizza crust docker over them to ensure that they don't bubble up into mini pita pockets while baking.

Place on a large greased sheet pan. {I used olive oil.}

Bake for about 14 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.
Let the crusts cool completely before packaging them in an air tight container to avoid moisture buildup.

Store in the fridge or freezer depending on how quickly you will be going through them. If more than two days, I would suggest putting them in the freezer.

Cold Lunch Mini Pizzas
To make mini pizzas, simply add sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and toppings. Our family likes to buy the mini pepperonis that are commonly used for salads. They can be found near the refrigerated pepperoni options in your local grocery store. You can add a squeeze drink and a treat if you want to copy the store bought version or add your own healthy options.
