Using a fork to whisk and mash your orange zest into your sugar.
cut each of your rolls into four equal pieces. Working with one at a time, flattening each piece. Dip into butter followed by a quick roll in the sugar mixture. Place in a 9 inch pie pan in a layered circle.
Cover your flower and let it double in size.
