Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Bake-N-Serv dough, thawed
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 tablespoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons sugar


    Pumpkin Pie Dipping Sauce:
    1 (8 oz) box cream cheese, softened
    1 can pumpkin
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Cut your dough into eight equal pieces. Have your helper roll each piece into a "snake".
Tie your snakes into loose pretzel-like knots on a baking sheet.
Allow to rise for 45 minutes. 
Bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.
When done, pour melted butter over the tops of the knots.
Liberally sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (I like to combine mine first).

Whip cream cheese until it's smooth. Add in pumpkin, powdered sugar and pumpkin pie spice and mix on high for another couple of minutes. 
(Refrigerate any of the sauce leftovers).
