Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
Remove Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough from freezer and allow to thaw just until workable but still cold. Roll dough out on pizza pan.
Melt 2 tbsp. of butter and brush onto the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle on the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
For Crumb Topping:
Sift together 3 tbsp. of sugar, ½ cup flour, 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon and a dash of salt.
Cut small pieces of the butter into the sifted sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Crumble the mixture on top of the dough, then let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the dough to rise.
Melt 1 tbsp. of butter, then whisk it together with 1tsp. of milk, 1/4 tsp. of vanilla and 3/4 cup of powdered sugar until it is a uniform glaze.
Bake the dough for 5 minutes at 500 degrees.
Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the glaze on top and cut to serve.
