A long edition of a standard cinnamon roll favorite and easier to hold too.
Flatten each roll into a 4x6-inch rectangle. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Brush each roll with butter. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of the cinnamon sugar mixture over buttered rolls. Spinkle with pecans, coconut and raisins if desired. Roll up lengthwise. Place on a sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine ingredients and brush over roll-ups while warm.
